SPANISH2Go SCHOOL STUDY MATERIALS All course material is for Spanish2Go School student’s unique use. It must not be shared, sold or otherwise distributed to other students or companies without express written consent from Spanish2Go School management.
CLASS LENGTH: Trial Class (1 hr), Group Class (1.5 hr), Private Class (1hr).
RESCHEDULING CLASSES The student may reschedule a private class without penalty by notifying the teacher at least 24 hours before the class is set to begin.
You can reschedule your online trial class up to 24 hours before the class. Simply send a email to email@example.com. Classes not rescheduled in time are considered absences and billed accordingly.
TECHNICAL ISSUES Spanish2Go School cannot be responsible for breaks in communication arising from technical issues with the student’s computer or internet connection.
SPANISH2Go School REFUNDS POLICY Once a student enrolls with us, he/she will have a 30-day period to request a 100% refund for untaken lessons. If for any reason the student should decide not to continue with the Spanish2Go School program after the initial 30 day period, they qualify for an 80% refund on all untaken classes. Spanish2Go School reserves the right to cancel a student´s account with no refund after 365 days of class absence. You can cancel your plan anytime. To do so, you will need to send a request in writing. When you write in, please let us know why you want to cancel, so we can see if we can help!
